Torque Solution 3" Aftermarket Downpipe to OEM Subaru Catback Adapter is a must have when installing a 3" downpipe while using the OEM exhaust system. Designed to create a seamless install preventing the usual exhaust leak that occurs when not using our adapter. Works with the OEM donut exhaust gasket. We chose to use CNC Stainless Steel instead of mild steel like the others. Our kit also includes high quality zinc install hardware.   • Requires the stock donut gasket to be reused.

Nice adapter at a fair price.

Good product! Lots of people say these adapters leak, but I’m pretty sure they’re trying to use them with spring bolts through all 3 flanges, which will never seal. Use the bolts and nuts provided with a new 3” dp gasket and a new or newish donut gasket, and tighten. No leaks. So I pretty much picked Torque Solutions adapter based on price alone, and at its price that the inlet piping from the downpipe to the factory exhaust has a taper (some of the low priced ones do not) Ive been trying to follow a budget putting this car together and on past builds I’ve always done full exhaust, but the adapter allowed me to do a performance downpipe with the stock catback for a while. At stage two power level, the car is still factory quiet but performs much like a full exhaust and you can really hear the turbo spooling at all speeds! Something you miss going straight to a louder exhaust. Anyway, 5 stars from me!
