Install was pretty easy, you can install it with out a press but a press definitely makes the job easier, I think i could feel a difference after I installed the bushings, it felt as if the rear of the vehicle was a bit stiffer on turns. So I would definitely recommend these bushings if your replacing a bent trailing arm like I was, or just worn out bushings.
