The Verus Engineering Carbon Composite Adjustable Front Splitter is extremely versatile, featuring four splitter sizes in one! With the ability to extend the front splitter between 2 and 5 inches from the front bumper, the splitter is able to balance a variety of rear aerodynamic devices.
The unit is constructed from a durable, lightweight, carbon thermoplastic and is mounted to hardpoints on the chassis through six splitter ties. This allows the unit to handle high downforce loads. The carbon thermoplastic, which is the same material that is used in various forms of motorsports, is not brittle. No more cracking like carbon or ABS, and no bending under the car like aluminum units.
Utilizing state-of-the-art analysis software during the R&D process, at Verus they were able to extract more performance for the given build volume, increasing downforce generated from the front splitter. During the design process, in-house scan data was utilized which resulted in a product that features a precise fit and high quality finish.
