The GR86/GT86, BRZ, and FR-S platforms suffer from a common issue in street cars: brake master cylinder flex. This is due to the thin metal sheet in the firewall that flexes when pressing on the brake pedal, often leading to a vague feeling in the brake pedal. Verus developed this master cylinder brace kit to dramatically reduce the flex movement and improve your brake pedal feel. When tested, a reduction in deflection of about 65% was noted with the use of this Verus brace compared to OEM. This is a great addition for track goers who want an improved brake pedal feel and overall driving experience.
