The Tein Flex Z coilovers look and feel very high quality and I’m excited to install them and feel the difference with them on the road.
Initially fed ex was late and destroyed them during shipping. It looked like they just pushed the box off the back of each truck on the trip from Florida to Washington. Kyle at Import Image racing customer support made the exchange process go very smoothly. I had replacements on the way within 24 hours of contact and they even shipped them with ups having listened to my request for a courier other than fed ex. The box arrived within a couple of days from speaking with Kyle and it was not only in tact, but had some plastic straps and xl staples to reinforce it. They must have put it on expedited shipping for no additional cost! Thanks Kyle, and the others at the warehouse!
Based on that interaction I will be shopping here when I need something from an online parts provider from now on.
