Tein Flex Z Coilover Kit Subaru WRX / STI 2015-2021 | VSSB2-C1SA4

Great upgrade from stock , however during my install the shop failed to tighten the heightening bracket, this resulted in my car leaning toward passenger side. once I discovered this I was forced to lower the car further, and tighten. Even still would become loose and I'd have uneven ride. With that being said I ordered Bc coilovers as replacements, which are significantly better coil over. If this is the only thing in your budget, get them , I beat the piss out of the broken ones and still held up. However if you have a little bit more money, get the bc's.

Install wasn't to bad, threw them on straight out of the box and fitment and height was excellent.

Powder coating on threads caused a little bit of issue but wasn't a huge problem.

Ride quality is as good as stock even at the lower ride height, damper adjustability isn't as dramatic as i thought but it is noticeable

Easy install, ride height adjustments were pre-set so I didn't have to play around with them (unless I wanted to). The ride is great, cornering improvement is good.

Great set of coils for the price. Install was not difficult just takes a little time. Would recommend 100%

These coils arrived quickly and were a breeze to install. The stock settings drop the car about 1.25 inches which is a noticeable difference. Shipping was very fast.

Out from the box no adjustments its a plug n play set up. The ride height is superb drop the car by 2” and the ride quality is awesome better than oem nice coilover. The price is a good deal highly recommended.

I was looking for a budget coilover for my 2020 STI considering I’m about to spend 7 grand at a tuning shop in 2 weeks. My main focus was stance and the Tein Z came through. Right out of the box with no adjustments the gaps were pretty nice. I can see how spending a few more bucks would get you better ride quality, but I think it rides better than stock. Minimal body roll and overall a smile on my face.
