Notes: The Invidia N1 is the move to piss off your neighbors. No resonator and a single 3" cat back with a small muffler will definitely play the sound of your people. It's easy, remove old quiet exhaust, install Invidia N1, turn car on, profit. Just kidding, but it's really that easy. Don't forget if you're using the factory downpipe, you will need this cat back adapter by our friends at GrimmSpeed! Or this one, by our friends at Invidia! Or shucks, how about this one by our friends at Torque Solution!
At first I thought, I had made a mistake. After installing and finally getting to hear what this exhaust was going to sound like, I started the car, I thought it sounded loud, then I drove the car and my first impression was, I really like it. It may not be for someone that wants subtle but for me, it’s perfect.
It sounds so clean , its quiet at idle but loud when taking off and going though gears !!!
This thing sounds so mean it's crazy. Much more aggressive sounding than I expected, but it is freaking sweet. Also, install was cake. Buy this catback, you won't regret it.
I was originally going to buy this exhaust but got the q300. Needless to say I got bored with it so I purchased this n1 race. Although it's pretty loud with a cobb downpipe and no resonator, it sounds great! Definitely recommend but if you daily your ride and have a aftermarket dp, I would maybe add a resonated mid pipe or go with the street version.
Ordered the exhuast, showed up in about 5 days or less, super easy install just putting it on the hangers and bolts, came with required hardware needed to do the job, sounds really good once you put a couple miles onto the exhuast.
previous had 3in catback with quad tips and it was insanely aggressive. I wanted something I could put a silencer on if I did have the need to take a long trip yet still be aggressive for in town driving. After install first thing I noticed is that it was nowhere as aggressive as my previous set up. I will not deny that the craftsmanship of the catback is superb but just disappointed in how tame the exhaust note was
