Probably one of the easiest installs with a pretty big difference in drivability

fair price, and well made. no install instructions for it anywhere, but simple enough. slide one side onto shift plate pin, slide on shift cable, then slide on other half, followed by factory washer and cotter pin. grease it up with something like superlube, and it should be good2go for a long time.
You can feel the difference right away after install, which is easy enough to do on Rhino ramps. Shifting feels more solid and confident. Get this, a new shift plate, and a slightly heavier shift knob for the complete package.
