The bracket that is installed on those vehicles from the factory is not compatible with this Alternator Cover. Please be sure to add this item as an option to your order if you prefer not to source the bracket yourself.

The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because if you look at this same product on Grimmspeed's website, it mentions brackets you will need to install this on your car and even offers them as an add on to purchase. IIR does neither of those and I didn't know I needed an OEM l bracket to install this on my 09 Subaru Forester XT until after I got it. Once I got the l bracket it went on fine and looks great
