Designed to support 1000–1400 horsepower (approx. 800–1200 WHP), this race-proven system delivers exceptional cooling efficiency, minimal pressure drop, and perfect OEM-style fitment — without cutting the crash beam or bumper cover.

If you’re running a large turbo setup or driving in hot climates, this is the intercooler built to keep intake temps under control and power delivery consistent.

At the heart of the system is a massive 22” x 14” x 4.5” Garrett bar-and-plate core, delivering:

• 92.5% more air volume than stock intercoolers

• Vertical flow design for maximum cooling efficiency

• Up to twice the fin density of typical aftermarket cores

• Less than 1 PSI boost pressure drop

The vertical airflow configuration maximizes contact between charged air and cooling fins, dramatically lowering intake air temperatures while preserving turbo response.

CNC-Engineered for Maximum Flow

AMS engineers designed the end tanks using advanced 3D CAD modeling to eliminate sharp transitions and airflow restrictions found in box-style sheet metal tanks.

Key design features:

• 3” CNC billet aluminum inlet and outlet ports

• Smooth, tapered transitions for improved airflow velocity

• Custom-molded 4-ply silicone couplers

• Optimized geometry for maximum response

The result is improved throttle response, stronger mid-range torque, and consistent top-end power.

Complete Air Management System

Unlike many intercooler kits that focus only on the core, AMS engineered a full air-channeling solution.

Included bridge plates and shroud panels:

• Create a tight seal around the core

• Prevent air from escaping around the intercooler

• Force cool ambient air directly through the fins

• Improve overall thermal efficiency

All of this fits neatly in front of the core support and does not require trimming the crash beam or bumper cover.

Product Notes

• Requires minimal trimming of plastic OEM shroud

• Now fits both 2009–2011 and 2012+ models with included shroud pieces

• Previous 2012+ specific part number has been discontinued
