The Billetworkz Shifter Stop for the 15-23 WRX is an essential modification to reduce the amount of slop in 1st and 2nd gear as it is designed to limit (or stop) the lateral movement. When adjusted correctly, 1st and 2nd gear can be easily engaged with a very precise feel. Installation is straightforward and takes only minutes! These shifter stops are machined from 6061 aluminum and will come anodized for a durable and vibrant finish.
The Billetworkz Shifter Stop works with all shifters, and perfectly complements the Billetworkz WRX Short Shifter which is available to purchase separately.

I loved how tidy the gears feel, especially 1st - 2nd. Extremely easy install, no brainer. First mod down!
This stop, along with a brass bushing are a great and inexpensive way to improve the stock/factory shifter on the 2022+ WRX.
Quality made and works amazingly! Definitely makes my 1st & 2nd gear shifts butter smooth. I added some lithium grease to keep things lubricated for the touching moving parts!
Easy install and makes shifting better
I've had my WRX about 2 months and have done mainly esthetic parts. I wish I started with this part instead. Especially for the money. Super easy install even for a novice. I prefer to tackle projects with my older brother but I installed this by myself in about 5 minutes. My shifting experience in to 1st and 2nd gear is so much better. If you have a manual you shouldn't hesitate to make this purchase!

Gets rid of the side to side slope
Drastically changed the shifter feel, takes a while to position it just right but best quality of life mod I’ve done yet.
After installation which took some patience it really tied the feel of the shifter and going into the slots like a video game! No more slop and really changes the feel! Highly recommended
