Billetworkz Shifter Stop Black Subaru WRX 2015-2026 | BW-SSTOP-VA-BLK

Installed together with the rest of the Billetworkz shift kit (minus the full short shift handle since I have the STI short shift) and was an incredible difference. Still a shorter throw than what came with the car but also a very comfortable entry in and out of each gear. With everything lined up it almost feels gated even though it isnt, and throws require the smallest flick of your wrist getting you ready to blow through the next gear. Highly recommended.

I’ve been seeing Al or of people saying the benefits of a shift stop but never have I felt the benefits until I finally said alright I’m going to buy one. Worst case scenario is that it doesn’t work then I just get rid of it. No harm no foul however that’s not the case I am in love with it. It helps so much as I’ve been having issues when trying to quickly shift to 2nd. The gear wouldn’t be found until I installed it. Smoother shifting from first to 2nd and no issues with shifter slop. I wish I had gotten better pictures but the shift knob my wife bought me as a birthday present was put on at the same time and was a bit hard to try and get back off. There is still some slop but it’s not near as bad as stock. Subaru should have done something similar with the stock shifter to begin with

Fits as intended. Helps fix the slop a lot especially in 1st and 2nd. Took some tweaking but ultimately got close and gave up with the close to what i was wanting. No issues and no changes to driveability either

I don't know why OEM Subaru doesn't come with this. I highly recommend tweaking with it to the point of near perfection and also doing the same for the OEM shifter stop on the right side for 5th and 6th gear. That way, the entire gearbox feels a lot less smaller and straight up like a gated manual.

My first mod on a completely stock 21 wrx was this (im doing it right doing most of the "drivability" mods first). Super easy install and a huuuuge difference maker. No more slop!

I like the shifter stop it got rid of the side to side play from 1-2 and so on

Helped clean up a lot of the slop in 1-2 gear. Easy install in under 20 minutes. Easily worth the money

10/10 recommend makes driving sns shifting between 1st and 2nd so much smoother. Install was maybe 10 minutes if that.

Easy install, and the difference is drastic. It seems as if it should’ve been this way from factory.
