This extremely durable and high quality bracket is constructed out of zinc-plated billet steel. It installs easily and replaces the existing shift plate on the passenger side of your 2015 + Subaru WRX transmission, reducing your shifter throws by 30% or 50% when paired with our short throw shift lever. The increased weight of 1340 grams [nearly double the weight of stock's 750 grams] also aids in shifting momentum and positive engagement.

Miles better quality of shift

Definitely was a pain in the ass for me personally, but my god was it so worth it. Shifting feels much easier and effortless, and the throws are so much shorter. Absolutely love it.

One of the best mods I’ve done

45 to and hour install. Completely changes the shift feel in the car. Throws are much shorter and more firm.

Huge difference!

With the Boomba short shifter and this plate and the solid bushing, it shifts SO much better 110%.

Highly recommend a heavy shift knob at least 450 grams, and then the shifting is ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. HIGHLY recommend this shift plate!!!

Perfect for short shifter

I got the boomba short shifter and perrin shifter bushing. With this plate, all of it works amazingly! I definitely feel a huge decrease in shift distance! It is a lot smoother and going into each gear is quick! Highly recommend with the short shifter and perrin bushing!!

Be careful lol

I honestly love the piece but the install gave me a bit of a headache lol! I kept messing around with it and I guess I was pushing it back and forth to hard and it knocked the shift leakage off the shifter haha! Went in the car and try to shift and my shift wasn’t even going into gear and I thought I broke something but it was a simple fix. Took me a little over an hour!
