Replace the factory charge pipe on your turbocharged FA24 powered Subaru with the COBB Charge Pipe to both increase airflow and prevent failures over time while retaining a sleek and subtle under-hood vibe.
Factory plastic components can be restrictive in flow as we turn up the power on turbocharged vehicles. The material is also failure-prone as it degrades over time with heat cycles.
This COBB Charge Pipe is constructed of 6061 aluminum tubing that transitions from 2.5 inches at the lower portion to 2.75 inches at the intercooler connection. This integrated smooth billet transition allows for increased flow while maintaining clearance for larger aftermarket radiators. A wrinkle black powder coat finish gives an upgraded yet subtle appearance under the hood. The integrated billet turbo adapter utilizes a machined and anodized clip with ball detent to secure the charge pipe to the turbocharger housing and 5-ply silicone coupler at the opposite end makes for a straightforward and leak-free installation.
Tuning is NOT required to safely install this part, but utilizing it in conjunction with the rest of COBB's Stage 2 Power Package and OTS Calibration will maximize it's potential.

Went to install and the red retainer clip absolutely would not engage. Reached out to Cobb and they said I received an older version from import image. It was not machined properly to fit my ‘23 Outback XT. They sent a replacement, and it worked. Was a bit of a PIA going through all that, but Cobb made it right
This is a must have! Way better flow over stock
The Cobb charge is a perfect replacement for stock. It's bigger diameter and mounts to the block securely like oem. They only use 1 silicone coupler and an easy quick connect clip to secure to the turbo. It fits well with the perrin tmic as well.
Easy upgrade and straight forward install. Installed at same time as the radium catch cans.

The overall construction of the pipe is pretty good. Only instructions on install are searching YouTube videos. That's why I gave 4 stars. I do recommend removing the fan as it opens it up for a much easier install and it's not that hard to do.
It definitely helps with the turbo spooling up faster. The install is a breeze.
Cobb does a great job at making this charge pipe the best on the market. Not only that, it's also carb certified; so it'll pass emissions in any state. Induction sounds are great; and when you pair it w/ cobbs' intake & top mount intercooler, you cold the benefits of stage 1 performance!
INDUCTION SOUNDS ARE LOUDER THAN STOCK but you'll notice more sound w/ cobbs intake pipe (or any other upgraded intake system).
Drops stock intercooler temps, near instant throttle response and awesome noise additions! Cobbs charge pipe is an easy install and no more dealing with those annoying retention clips from factory!
