The COBB Shifter Stop for 2015+ WRX MT is an injection molded fiberglass-reinforced nylon that allows for adjustment to achieve more precise shifting.
Features:
By installing the COBB Shifter Stop on your WRX, you will reduce side-to-side slop of your shifter while in the 1-2 and 5-6 shifter gates. There is nearly a full inch of horizontal play to the shifter mechanism while in gear in the two outer gates (1-2 and 5-6) from the factory. This can lead to loss of feeling and confidence in gear selection. The COBB Shifter Stop allows for independent adjustment of the two gates to significantly reduce side to side slop.
I had the Perrin, and do not recommend it, this Cobb being non metal works so much better than the Perrin

Good easy install
removed all slop in first gear. Love the material since it’s similar to the factory stop for 6th and 5th and way easier to adjust than other brands
Cleaned up the side to side slop however there is no real improvement in shift quality. The part was delivered in a timely manner I have no complaints!

No wonder everyone recommended getting one of these. Shifting in my VB now feels 100x better, its really night and day. The perk of going with the Cobb shift stop is that it's made out of the same material as the shifter, so it will not grind down the shifter.
