The Motul 8100 X-CESS Gen 2 5W-40 Oil Change Kit is designed for 2003–2006 Subaru Baja 2.5L non-turbo and 2004–2006 Subaru Baja Turbo models equipped with EJ-series BOXER engines.

This complete kit includes Motul full synthetic engine oil, a genuine Subaru OEM oil filter, and a genuine Subaru OEM drain plug gasket for convenient engine maintenance.

Important — Alternative Oil Viscosity

Subaru generally recommends 5W-30 for normal maintenance. This kit contains 5W-40, which is an alternative viscosity and not a direct factory-specification replacement.

• Intended for customers who have confirmed 5W-40 is appropriate for their engine and operating conditions.

• Does not list the Energy Conserving or ILSAC certification specified in the Subaru owner's manual.

• The included OEM components do not mean Subaru approves this alternative oil.

• Consult your owner's manual, engine builder, or a qualified Subaru technician before use.

• Do not add all 5 liters. Check the final oil level with the dipstick and avoid overfilling.
