The Perrin License Plate Holder for the WRX and STI is made of thick plate aluminum which is folded in a press break to add rigidity and eliminate any flex. It will not bend, flex or rotate like competitive parts. Perrin's plate holder is made from laser cut plate aluminum which is texture powder coated in a wrinkle black finish. The tow hook adapter is CNC machined hex cut bar stock and anodized black for better corrosion resistance.
Did not like the idea of putting the license plate in the middle and take away air flow to the intercooler. This looks great and puts it off to the side so it does not block any air flow. Great buy and easy install.
Install didn't take more than 15 minutes. New placement looks great. worth the buy.
Got this thinking was gonna be difficult to put on. But was honestly really easy!! Looks great and shipping was fast!
