INSTRUCTIONS
Clean the application and surrounding areas prior to applying. We recommend the following items for installation:
Microfiber
Detailing Spray or glass cleaner
Soapy Water
Heat Gun or Hair Dryer (optional)
Make sure there is no wax on the lens. You can wet the back of the vinyl with a few drops of dish soap in a cup of water. This allows you to slide the vinyl around into the right position. Once you have found that position, use your fingers to push out the soapy water. Allow to dry. LOW heat can be used to dry out the vinyl quicker.
You can push pull the trim back or push your lamp inwards and this will allow the vinyl to slip behind the trim. This makes that installation simple and easier to achieve full coverage.

The overlay was cut to fill just the part of the light that is visible with the rear valence on, rather than the entire lens underneath. Luckily the vinyl is high quality and easy to work with and remove, so I was able to pull off and adjust the overlay until it didn't have any bare lens visible from straight behind; however, you can still see it depending on what angle you look from. Having it cut to the full lens size would make it easy to get right on the first try.
