Constructed from XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene) polymer, it is heat soak resistant and extremely durable. A factory-style Helmholtz Chamber is integrated into its design, toning down any drone.
Unique One-Piece Housing:
The sealed XLPE polymer housing features a rugged design, inspired by off-road tires, as well as a clear sight window, allowing for hassle-free filter inspection. aFe POWER's patent pending filter-to-housing interface eliminates the use of an overabundance of parts, further simplifying the installation process. Additional cool air is brought into the housing via the factory air inlet scoop.
Hassle-Free Installation:
All stainless-steel clamps, hardware, and injection molded and silicone couplings are included for a hassle-free installation. This is a direct bolt-on kit that requires no cutting or drilling on OEM parts.
