Restore or fine-tune your TiAL QRJ blow-off valve with this genuine replacement spring, engineered for reliable performance under extreme conditions. Manufactured from 17-7PH stainless steel, these springs are built to resist heat-related fatigue and maintain consistent pressure ratings—even at temperatures up to 900°F (483°C).

Each spring is color-coded by pressure rating and sold individually. Be sure to reference the official TiAL spring chart to select the correct spring for your vacuum reading and installation type (side port vs. end port inlet).

Tuning Tip:

For best results, match your spring to your engine’s idle vacuum pressure (inHg) and valve inlet orientation. When using the side port as the inlet, TiAL recommends starting with the green spring (-3.0 psi). For end port inlet setups, choose a stiffer spring rated 1–2 inHg above your engine's idle vacuum.
