The Torque Solution V2 HD Oil Pan is a premium upgrade engineered to improve oil control, cooling, and reliability for Subaru EJ20 and EJ25 engines. Designed for performance-driven street cars, track builds, and high-horsepower applications, this oil pan delivers increased capacity, superior sealing, and enhanced oil temperature management.

Manufactured from high-strength cast aluminum and precision CNC-machined, the V2 HD Oil Pan increases oil capacity to approximately 6 quarts—over a 30% increase compared to stock. More oil volume means improved lubrication, better heat dissipation, and added protection under aggressive driving conditions.

Unlike traditional gasketed pans, this oil pan features a CNC-machined sealing groove with a seamless FKM rubber O-ring, ensuring a leak-proof seal while eliminating messy gasket scraping during installation or future service. Integrated CNC cooling fins are strategically positioned to maximize airflow, helping reduce oil temperatures and maintain consistent performance.

The upgraded bolt-in stainless steel race baffle is an integral part of the pan design. It minimizes oil slosh during hard cornering, acceleration, and braking—keeping oil at the pickup where it’s needed most. FKM rubber oil control flaps further enhance oil control under extreme conditions.

Important Notes & Disclaimers

  • Must be used with an aftermarket oil pickup

  • Not compatible with OEM or Moroso oil pickups

  • 2002–2005 WRX EJ20 engines must use EJ25 dipstick (P/N: 11140AA150)

  • Tested to fit most headers

    • Confirmed fitment with ETS and Killer B headers

    • Perrin header may require minor modification (slight compression of primary tube)
