I've never seen a firewall flex as bad as the WRX does just from pushing the clutch. After installing this brace it's all gone. It was really easy to install and as always iir shipping was fast and their price was the best!
Highly recommend adding this when you upgrade from the OEM pitch stop, the firewall frame mount isn’t sturdy.
Great product. Easy install. Used a 3/8th ratchet Allen key on an extension. with a little tape on the end to hold it in place when installing. Made all the difference. Didn't drop any screw. Also having a handheld impact ratchet helps to get the rivet bolts in. Helps with the feel of the clutch as well.
