Installed this with a Grimmspeed Transmission mount and it definitely tightened up my shifts.
Own a '13 Wrx with just over 100k on it. My trans mount was shot so I was replacing it and figured that I'd replace these on the cradle for the MT. Upshifts feel stonger, less torque loss. Def recommend to anyone thinking about it

Hard to tell what exactly difference it made because I installed it with the group N mount. Bushings aren’t labeled but this diagram was super helpful.

This is a super cheap option to clean up the sloppiness in the OEM transmission carrier. The stock ones are a super soft rubber that folds easily. These are way stronger, and help stiffen up the transmission during shifts! Pair it with the Group N Transmission Mount for full effects!
