Torque Solution Positive Shift Kit Subaru WRX 2008-2024 / STI 2008-2021 | TS-SU-PSK2

Changed out quite a few drivetrain parts. These are a significant upgrade over stock. The stock bushings are extremely squishy and will surely need replaced in the first 60k. The Torque Solutions kit is firm and should last a lifetime.

Installed these while also changing out the pitch stop, trans mount, and rear diff inserts and all together they made a big difference in shifting feel and power delivery. Shifts, and especially downshifts, are much smoother and power gets put down much better.

These are a lot stiffer than OEM. Works good in addition to trans mount, pitch stop, carrier bearing mounts, and rear diff inserts.

All at the same time, I installed the Torque Solutions Positive Shift kit, the COBB shift plate, the Billetworkz brass bushing, the Group N transmission mount, and the Perrin Super Shift Stop. All of this went with my OEM STi short throw shifter. It’s hard to tell exactly which part contributed what, but I will say that my STi short-throw shifter is even better than it was before. 5th gear was hard for me to get into with the Perrin Shift Stop package, but now it goes in like a breeze. I set the COBB plate on the shortest reduction, and even with the STi short-throw, I don't think it's too short, although I was worried it would be. Fantastic product. Highly recommend installing with a lift.

A bit of a tricky install replace the old bushings with these, but these are more of a hard plastic feel vs a bendy rubber feel. Feels like it make shifting a little more smooth/solid.

The factory transmission subframe bushings are very soft, and deteriorate over time. These bring life back to the subframe by reducing movement and helps keep the transmission in place between shifts. This helps with overall shifter feel. Pair with the Group N transmission mount, a good pitch mount, and some shifter bushings, and you will have massively improved the overall shift experience. Shifts are nice, crisp, and precise. Really brought life back to my 2010 WRX with an STi 6-speed swap.

These absorb the vibrations way better

I bought these along with the torque solution transmission mount and installed these first . These definitely make you feel more "connected" when driving the car , and help remove excessive play , but once I installed the Torque Solution transmission mount , there was no doubt it removed alot of excessive movement and the shifts feel much "crisper" as well . My suggestion is to buy both and install them at the same time .

Install was about 10min and I feel like this was a must to complete the drivetrain slop reduction from all the factory marshmallow bushings.
