Tanabe strut tower bars are a cost effective chassis rigidity upgrade for your car. If the chassis is bending, the suspension system cannot function at peak performance. A front strut bar will help to 'close the box' that is your engine bay by tying together and fortifying the strut towers. The rear will also benefit from stiffening as well. You can expect a truer alignment and less harshness over bumps. Tanabe strut bars allow for adjustable preload by raising the vehicle off the ground and fitting the bar on. With the car back on the ground, each shock tower will bear an equal load with great stiffness. The ultra-durable steel end plates are engineered for durability, effectively transferring stress loads into the bar. The bar itself is made of reinforced extruded aluminum which yields great strength while retaining lightness.
